Mental Health Awareness Week ~mentalhealthmatters

Enjoy Football CIC are supporting Mental Health awareness week 18th-24th May 2020.

As we are still in lockdown, we can't get out there and do we what we do best, which is having a great game of footie. Our sessions, no matter whether they are for our youngest members or the more mature players, mean not only playing football with old friends

but being able to meet and make new friends. The social side of what we do is as important as the playing side and we are aware that during this time that many people may not be able to socialise and in turn become isolated and lonely.

Under the current guidelines as we can't get together and have fun, what we can do is keep in touch and look out for each other. If you are having problems during this time, we can possibly signpost you to someone who can help. There is help out there so don't suffer in silence.

We'll be back as soon as we can and look forward to seeing our old and many new friends.
